Return Policy 

We offer returns or exchanges of any unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or unaltered merchandise for store credit only. Store credit never expires and is issued instantly once your return is processed. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

In-store purchases are eligible for a return up to 14 days after the date of purchase.

Shipped orders and locally delivered orders are eligible for a return up to 14 days after the item is received, all subject to the terms and conditions below. 

Online pick-up orders have 14 days from date of purchase to return. 

No returns or exchanges will be made after the 14 day window. Please contact shopwhiteoakboutique@gmail.com for information about returning or exchanging your item.

Sale items, hats, intimates and jewelry are final sale.

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

Clothing, bags, and shoes may be returned. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be tagged, unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it.

We will not accept clothes or shoes with stains, odors, or any sign of wear.

Return Shipping

Please do not return an item to us until after you have contacted us at shopwhiteoakboutique@gmail.com and have received a reply.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item(s). 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance! We are not responsible or liable for returns that are not delivered to us or are lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

 If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within three business days. Damaged or defective items are handled on a case by case basis, and refunds are not guaranteed.
